How many lessons are typically required for me to learn how to drive?A government-sanctioned beginner driver education course encompasses 20 hours of classroom teaching, along with 10 hours of assignments and an additional 10 hours of practical in-vehicle instruction. However, the precise number of lessons can vary considerably based on individual factors. Each student possesses unique capabilities, requirements, levels of familiarity, and varying opportunities for practice.

Is it permissible for me to have driving lessons in my personal, family, or friend's vehicle?Coachman driving school allows driving lessons in customers' personal, family, or friend's vehicles. However, for G1 license holders, we recommend vehicles with dual brakes and a school sign. Before conducting lessons, the instructor will evaluate the customer's vehicle to ensure it complies with the following prerequisites: Valid and properly displayed registration Comprehensive insurance coverage Functioning indicators, headlights, and brake lights Adequate fuel for the duration of the lesson Correctly inflated and undamaged tires Clean windows and interior Functional and operational seat belts.

When can I expect to be prepared for the practical driving test?You can schedule your road test after holding your G1 license for 12 months. However, if you've completed a Beginner Driver Education course, you become eligible after 8 months from the day you receive your G1 license.
